Opportunity We are seeking experienced seasonal tax professionals to join our team during a critical period. You will apply your expertise to support our clients while enjoying hourly pay, overtime eligibility, and the chance to refine your skills within one of our high‑performing tax teams.

Your Key Responsibilities As a seasonal tax manager, your main priority is to review tax returns for partnerships while staying connected with your team. Hours will be discussed during the interview process so that you can share your availability and understand what to expect before joining. Work will be performed remotely within the United States, with no travel required.

Skills And Attributes For Success

A strategic eye toward prioritizing multiple complex projects

Influencing skills, with confidence and curiosity to question existing processes

Experience reviewing K‑1 extraction data, footnotes, and federal and state partnership tax returns

Familiarity with taxable income allocations

Experience with corporate tax extension requests

Ability to produce technical writing and research in a tax context

Comfort working remotely in a virtual team environment

To qualify for this role you must have

Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline

A minimum of 5 years of relevant investment or operating partnership tax compliance experience

A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization

Knowledge in partnership tax technical and transactional skills

Ideally, you'll also have

A proven record of excellence in public accounting in a top or mid‑tier firm

Experience with hedge funds or private equity funds (preferred)

The salary range for this position in all U.S. geographic locations is $90/hr to $120/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a variety of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
