Your role Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you want to work with a great team on a hybrid work schedule? We’re looking for a Negotiation Specialist who can:
Draft and advise on master agreements related to financial products.
Handle all stages of negotiation (including preparation of first drafts of agreements, negotiating terms, obtaining approvals, and coordinating internally to successful resolution) of specialized counterparty documentation for ISDA, portfolio swap confirmations, exchange traded derivatives agreements (including Cleared Derivatives Addenda), equity prime brokerage agreements, and all related ancillary documents (e.g. Lockups, NDAs, Guarantees, Custody Agreements, and Triparty/Account Control Agreements).
Liaise with attorneys in the Legal Department and/or outside counsel to clarify the legal framework for trading financial products.
Liaise with credit officers, risk managers, business representatives, operations personnel and others to resolve issues.
Participate in global sub-committees and projects.
Respond to internal and external client queries.
Your team You’ll be working with the Global Documentation Solutions Team who are a part of the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services team within the Investment Bank Operations.

Your expertise
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Advanced knowledge of counterparty relationship documentation, including ISDA, portfolio swap confirmations, exchange traded derivatives (including Clearing Derivatives Addenda), and equity prime brokerage documentation.
Knowledge of stock loan agreements is a plus.
Negotiating experience with respect to counterparty relationship documentation.
Previous experience in one or more top investment banks is strongly preferred.
Salary information
New York: the salary range for this role is $187,500 to $225,000 (2024 estimate).
The expected salary range for this role is $187,500 to $225,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
