This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role, based in Portland, OR. The Leasing Agent will assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and handle leasing applications. They will also ensure lease agreements are administered correctly, maintain positive tenant relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to potential and current residents. The role includes collaboration with the property management team to support efficient and effective property operations. This position reports to and assists the Community Manager with day-to-day property management activity. Job Responsibilities

Comply with Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements Comply with State Residential Landlord and Tenant Acts and all other governmental laws/regulations Prepare lease documents: verify compliance with lease files, ensure accurate completion of applications, complete income verifications and asset verifications, and other related paperwork Respond to resident questions and concerns Conduct property tours of rent-ready units, track applications, and follow up with potential residents Enter resident activity into online database in an accurate and timely manner Responsible for processing and posting notices to residents Increase resident retention by establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationships with residents Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager Qualifications

1-3 years experience with Leasing and Lease Administration or related experience Knowledge of Property Management and Residential Leasing processes Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment Familiarity with leasing software and property management systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent (GED); additional education in real estate or property management is a bonus, but not required Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Management
