Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve pricing strategies that align with business objectives and evolving market conditions.
Conduct advanced pricing and market analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive against current and anticipated market dynamics.
Build and maintain pricing models and analytical tools to enable data‑driven decisions, scenario planning, and forecasting.
Identify and quantify pricing optimization opportunities considering product cost, demand elasticity, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and economic indicators; translate findings into actionable pricing recommendations.
Balance customer value, expected demand, and profitability to maximize revenue, market share, and/or margin.
Partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to review, adjust, and govern pricing actions; provide customized pricing guidance as needed.
Prepare, interpret, and present pricing insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Maintain accurate pricing records, controls, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and audit readiness.
Serve as a subject‑matter resource for pricing processes and best practices; support training/enablement of analysts or commercial partners as appropriate.
This position will require 15‑20% travel, heavier in the first 90‑days in the role.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of experience in a related position
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience using other Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook, email, and calendar
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information
Exceptional time management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision‑making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
Self‑confident, self‑motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast‑paced environment
Target Wage
$85 - $100+ (based on experience)
Location
Remote position (approx. 15% travel expectation)
