Job Responsibilities
Prepare escrow transactions for closing.
Ensure all documents are complete and signed.
Explain provisions and procedures to clients.
Comply with regulatory requirements and enforce adherence.
Ensure escrow transactions are sufficiently funded and balanced.
Coordinate signing appointments.
Prepare filing documents for recording.
Engage in other activities and special projects as may be assigned.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1‑year experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Notary commission.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multi‑task.
Motivated and self‑directed.
Strong time‑management skills.
Great attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
