Base pay range $130,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting

Building cost accounting and variance reporting procedures

Managing general ledger accuracy and month-end/year-end close

Guiding budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis efforts

Supervising accounting team members

Providing financial insights to leadership and ensuring GAAP compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

7+ years of sold accounting experience

Experience leading ERP transitions

Strong RECENT manufacturing background required

Advanced Excel expertise

CPA preferred

Familiarity with Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Lean principles preferred
