Project Accountant Titan Built, LLC is an established construction company with a proven reputation looking to fill a full-time on-site role of Project Accountant.

Qualifications Construction accounting experience preferred but not required. Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-Motivator and proficient in time management to handle deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Job Duties Enter approved project budgets and subcontractor agreements into accounting system after assisting the execution process. Control Change Order management. Collect, review and enter subcontractor billings for final approval by project manager. Ensure that all subcontractor billings are complete and accurate. Preparation of owner billings, lien waivers and required documentation for approval. Track and collect sub-tier/supplier waivers for assigned projects. Initiate the payment approval process with project manager. Collect accounts payable invoices for approval by project manager, then enter in accounting system. Collect and record subcontractor certificates of insurance. Collect, track and organize special forms required on project such as certified payroll reports, work force reports, OSHA 10-hour reports, prevailing wage affidavits or other documentation as required by owner contract.
