Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor maintenance.

• Lead, train, and mentor AP staff; manage workload distribution and performance.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in accordance with company policies and approval workflows.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee vendor relationships and resolve complex invoice or payment issues.

• Review and approve payment runs (ACH, wire, check).

• Perform AP-related account reconciliations and support month‑end close.

• Partner with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance teams to improve AP processes and efficiency.

• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements within AP.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and best practices.

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing AP for a high‑volume or multi‑entity environment.

• Exposure to 1099 reporting and vendor compliance.

• Experience with AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Bill.com, Coupa).
