Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using Kronos Process new hire paperwork Provide scheduling data, including maintaining previous schedules Track attendance and tardy, provide disciplinary forms to managers as needed Create and maintain a master schedule and a daily schedule, including reaching out to staff to fill any openings Meet and work with leaders in the organization to understand staffing needs Work with schools and other organizations to improve our applicant pipeline Make sure employee time is properly tracked for payroll purposes Requirements
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle challenging situations Attentive to details Previous experience dealing with workers comp, unemployment and employee relations Previous experience working with scheduling preferably in a healthcare setting Previous experience dealing with employee relations Summary (Benefits)
