We're seeking an
HR Manager
to serve as a strategic business partner supporting global operations from our West Palm Beach base.
The Role Full-time, in-office position supporting a high-volume contact center environment. You'll be the primary HR partner for customer service and operations teams, working with leaders across multiple global locations in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
What You'll Do
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Lead employee relations and conduct independent workplace investigations
Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective action
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Manage leave processes, offboarding, and HR operations
Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching
Drive engagement initiatives and foster positive workplace culture
Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights
Support change management and organizational effectiveness
What You Bring
5+ years HR experience as an HR Manager, Business Partner, or senior generalist
Strong employee relations and investigation experience
Experience in high-volume operations or contact center environments
Excellent relationship management and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making
Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management skills
Collaborative environment with senior HR mentorship
