as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this remote role you will oversee and develop the strategy and execution of talent acquisition while ensuring EEO and TA compliance across Federal, State, and local levels. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver best‑fit candidates within our industry.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, establish hiring criteria, and facilitate timely communication.

Ensure all Federal and State EEO compliance obligations are met; deliver compliance and hiring training for the TA team.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high‑performing TA team; foster continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

Personally source Senior through Executive talent.

Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer letters, background checks and onboarding documentation.

Measure and improve recruiting effectiveness; provide actionable insights and benchmark metrics.

Travel as needed (2‑3 times per year).

Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

SHRM‑SCP/SPHR or equivalent certification required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

5+ years recruiting management, measurable success in departmental KPIs.

Experience as a full‑cycle recruiter, contributing to organizational success across diverse roles.

Must have experience at a national company, managing Federal, State and local compliance requirements.

Strong analytical skills, designing dashboards, leveraging data to inform decision‑making.

Senior‑level proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, HRIS, reporting tools.

Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.

Pay Range Pay range: $90,589 – $140,359. Pay rates are market based and may vary based on location and qualifications.
