Job Overview A leading oil and gas services company is seeking a Spanish‑Bilingual Senior Human Resources Generalist to support and manage key HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate is a trusted, detail‑oriented HR professional with strong bilingual communication skills and broad generalist experience.

Responsibilities

Provide timely, accurate, concise, relevant, and complete information to the HR Director for strategic planning purposes.

Own payroll administration for exempt and hourly employees in the Insperity HRIS system.

Hire personnel and partner with the HR Generalist in the recruitment process; train, administer, and oversee interviews; negotiate and prepare offers for new hires.

Support and own the onboarding process for all new hires.

Administer benefits for all company programs, explain them to candidates and new hires, and conduct annual open enrollment meetings.

Administer medical, dental, life insurance, cafeteria plan, short/long‑term leaves, and ADA leaves.

Review and approve billing for all benefits invoicing.

Administer the 401K program and related paperwork.

Maintain employee records and the Human Resources Information System.

Update and manage new hire and termination files in a timely manner.

Educate staff regularly on Human Resources policy and conduct training sessions.

Coordinate and maintain records of company‑sponsored visas for associates.

Handle employee requests such as verifications of employment with Insperity.

Administer health, safety, and security issues, including Workman’s compensation and health programs.

Prepare for internal and external audit requirements related to Human Resources and conduct internal audits as needed.

Prepare employee termination notices and conduct exit interviews.

Maintain the organizational chart and coordinate results with the annual culture survey.

Assist with the coordination of the performance appraisal program.

Organize internal workshops and training programs assigned by the HR Director.

Work closely with all personnel in the HR department to keep lines of communication open.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

SHRM certification is a plus.

Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills.

3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a hands‑on role.

2 years of experience with payroll systems, benefits administration, and recruitment.

Strong communication, writing, listening, and presentation skills.

Good judgment and decision‑making aptitude.

Teamwork, collaboration, motivation, and the ability to inspire others to improve performance.

Maintain confidentiality at the highest standards.

Patience in interactions, negotiations, opposing opinions, and challenging situations.

Adherence to the company’s code of ethical behavior.

Experience with HRIS software, proficiency in MS Office, HR administration platforms, and knowledge of federal and state laws.

Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Supply Chain, or Legal is a plus.
