What you’ll be doing
As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage end‑to‑end direct‑hire recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑level professional roles across a variety of clients. Your responsibilities include identifying and engaging new clients, interviewing candidates, and matching them with suitable positions. You will operate with urgency, balancing current client needs with proactive outreach to expand the pipeline.
About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
High adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
Technically savvy and eager to adopt new technologies.
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
