*This is a remote position, Must reside in Oregon.

Your role with us As a human resources information systems (HRIS) generalist at Salem Health, you will serve as a key member of a collaborative team of analysts and generalists, supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs through data-driven systems management. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing data within the HRIS platforms, performing system testing, assisting with developing and implementing tools, and ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance across HR processes. In close partnership with HR and department stakeholders, you will support workflow management and provide responsive, customer-focused system support to advance HR operations and strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

Provides customer support and issue resolution. Work to developstandards, education and instructional resources.

Partners with internal HR stakeholders to ensure tools, systems and resources are accurate, effective and user friendly.

Creates, updates and maintains electronic HR forms to support efficient and compliant HR processes.

Monitors HR data to ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems and reports.

Supports regulatory readiness by maintaining systems, processes and standards for HR employee records within Infor.

Assists with or leads Lean continuous improvement efforts, including standard work development, analytics and dashboard reporting.

Required qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience working with HRIS systems.

Minimum of two years of experience developing, analyzing and reporting metrics and analytics.

Additional information

The preferred applicant will have experience working directly with Infor.

Candidates who excel in this role will have experience in a healthcare environment and will have knowledge of the full employee lifecycle.

The selected individual will excel at customer service, data analysis, system testing and functionality.
