The Sr. Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing all payroll activities for domestic and international entities across multiple subsidiaries. This includes processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, preparing tax and deduction reports, and generating monthly accounting files. The role also supports quarterly audit requests from internal audit, U.S. financial auditors, and international entity auditors. This position is solely accountable for payroll operations for assigned entities and requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Process domestic and international payrolls for multiple subsidiaries.

Maintain payroll records, tax reports, and deduction reports.

Handle voluntary and involuntary deductions.

Prepare monthly accounting reporting files.

Assist with quarterly audit requests from internal and external auditors.

Coordinate with third‑party processors and employer‑of‑record services for international payroll.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

5-10 years of payroll experience.

Paycor experience preferred.

Some international payroll exposure is a plus (primarily facilitating approvals and reporting).

Bachelor’s degree required.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
