Job Title: HR Coordinator
Reports To: Director of HR- Corporate
Department: Human Resources
Summary of Position In conjunction with the HR team, ensure that HR departmental objectives are met/exceeded by providing exemplary support to the operations teams.
Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Assist with maintaining employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollments
Coordinate employee training and development programs as needed
Assist with payroll processing using Paycor systems, when requested
Utilize the Paycor HRIS and Applicant Tracking System for data entry and reporting purposes
Assist with maintaining compliance with OSHA safety trainings
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Other duties as requested
Requirements
Must be a collaborative team player willing to help co-workers when asked
Must be detail-oriented and committed to excellence
Must be extremely organized and a good time manager
Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of different personalities
Must be able to make recommendations that improve processes
Able to communicate effectively in both an oral and written manner
Must be able to adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for HR deliverables
Able to maintain an organized work structure
Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Education and Experience Education: College degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Experience: Previous experience in an HR assistant or similar role is a plus (2-3 years) and proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP or Paycor.
