Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist supports a wide range of Human Resources activities to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations. This role will assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, HRIS system updates, recruitment coordination, and responding to employee and manager inquiries. The HR Generalist plays a key role in maintaining organized processes, delivering timely support, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organization. The HR Generalist functions as the lead administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS), manages temporary staffing, addresses all employee questions/issues via the HR email inbox, processes status changes in UKG, and maintains current labor law posters in the HUB and our branch offices.
The salary range for this position will be $63,000 - $80,000, based upon experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Manages temporary staffing process
Addresses all employee questions/issues via the HR email inbox
Processes status changes in UKG
Maintain current labor law posters in the HUB and our branch offices

Required Skills

Ability to interact with all staff with tact, diplomacy and grace.
Good organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.
Strong detail orientation.
Able to work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital content development tools.
Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently.
Education And Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Experience: 3+ years of HR generalist related experience
