As a Team Lead, you and your team are responsible for the Professional Services business and for ensuring strong results
You lead our demanding mid-sized and large projects with renowned clients and bring them to a successful completion
You take on overall project responsibility in terms of quality, timelines, and budget
You work with the latest technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem
You join an enthusiastic, innovative team with a passion for high-quality technological solutions and many years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects
You apply classical or agile methodologies, depending on the project
We would like you to bring:
A university degree (FH or Uni) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
Several years of experience as a Project Manager at an external service provider in the IT industry
Extensive experience in the infrastructure domain and a solid understanding of Microsoft environments
A confident appearance, openness, enjoyment in working with people, and strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent German and very good English skills, an employment level between 80% and 100%, and flexible willingness to travel within Switzerland
