Staffing Coordinator
to join our patient‑ and employee‑focused community. This team‑builder role focuses on building a facility culture and assisting in day‑to‑day staffing operations.

Major Responsibilities
Complete schedules for nursing staff.
Prepare daily staffing sheets.
Interact with employees to cover daily staffing requirements.
Secure coverage for vacant shifts, open positions, vacation requests, as directed by Director of Nursing.
Compile daily nursing hours report for Executive Director/LNHA.
Calculate nursing hours daily to meet PPD requirements and maintain a log of daily and month‑to‑date PPD.
Communicate with admissions daily for census and admission/discharge status of patients.
Review daily punch detail reports on each employee, verify hours worked, correct errors, and identify trends.
Provide innovative, responsible healthcare by creating and implementing new ideas that continually improve systems and processes.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in long‑term care or other medical settings.
Compassionate, dedicated, and dependable.
