We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter who thrives in a quota-driven environment and wants to build a successful desk by bringing in new clients and expanding existing relationships. This is an opportunity to partner with experienced recruiters, learn proven best practices, and build your own book of business within a high-growth industry. Responsibilities (360 Desk Role)
Drive new business development by building relationships with hiring managers across the Life Sciences industry Leverage existing industry connections and create new partnerships to generate search opportunities Source, interview, and qualify candidates for client openings Consistently make outbound calls, emails, and outreach to both prospects and candidates Manage the full recruitment cycle: from business development and intake calls to offer negotiation and placement Meet and exceed weekly business development and recruiting activity targets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates What We’re Looking For
A hungry, results-oriented professional motivated by sales, networking, and business growth Strong history of success in sales, recruiting, or another competitive environment Natural ability to build relationships and engage with executives at all levels Entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable going after new opportunities and building from scratch Resilient, ambitious, and motivated to exceed quotas and achieve top earnings Excellent verbal and written communication skills What We Offer
