Project Name: Rule Engine Implementation
Responsibilities
Support the Oracle WebLogic hosting environment and stand up OPA to run in our Enterprise Environment.
Installation and configuration of WebLogic Fusion Middleware in a clustered configuration on commodity and ExaLogic hardware.
Perform installation, patching, migration, and tuning of WebLogic and associated Fusion Middleware components.
Migrate from WebLogic 11g to 12cR2.
Implement backup and recovery procedures, access security, monitoring and alerting for middleware.
Utilize middleware utilities and Oracle Traffic Director, Enterprise Manager, and load balancing for optimal performance.
Provide troubleshooting for break fixes, performance issues, and normal deployments.
Qualifications
Fluent English communication skills (5 years).
5+ years Oracle WebLogic experience.
10+ years experience with middleware backup & recovery, access security, and tuning.
5+ years experience with Oracle 12cR2 Fusion Middleware, JAVA, PL/SQL, Forms & Reports, SOA, OBIEE & OPA.
10+ years experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager.
10+ years experience with Linux, Solaris, Windows, Oracle OVM operating systems.
5+ years experience with ExaLogic hardware.
10+ years UNIX shell scripting.
5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Java, PL/SQL, APEX, Forms & Reports containers running in an active-active configuration.
Extensive knowledge of OPA running on WebLogic.
Experience with Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle Traffic Director, and Oracle Enterprise Manager load balancer.
Experience with Oracle OEM Grid Control, including maintenance, patching and security best practices for Fusion middleware.
