Mid Level / Senior-Level Quality Systems Specialist
to join the team in
St. Louis, MO.
This role is to support Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) issued corrective actions, partner with the DCMA customer and build/maintain BGS quality metrics. Position Responsibilities
Lead and manage internal and external corrective actions Collect and verify data to support the identification of root cause Provide ideas and concepts for corrective action development with a cross functional team Build and manage customer relationships with DCMA Build and maintain BGS Quality metrics (KPIs) Supports BGS Quality Management System and Internal Audit programs when needed Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Process Improvements 3+ years in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) 3+ years in a customer facing role engaging with internal and external customers 3+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment with strong communication skills for interacting with leadership, internal and external customer representatives Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) 5+ years in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) 5+ years in a customer facing role engaging with internal and external customers 5+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment with strong communication skills for interacting with leadership, internal and external customer representatives 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership Experience in performing and coaching root cause analysis and problem solving for all levels of leadership Experience with MRB processes and/or investigations Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s Degree or higher Drug Free Workplace
