About the role
The System Business Analyst will be responsible for driving successful system implementation by aligning business needs with technical solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can develop test plans, support system design, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into clear system specifications and workflows Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to validate functionality Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system setup and integration Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting Facilitate user training sessions and create support materials Monitor and analyze system changes to ensure alignment with business goals Requirements
Demonstrated experience in system testing and process documentation Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with workflow design and Microsoft platforms Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion Preferred: Experience with legal systems or court processes Ideal Candidate
