Job Title Systems Administrator 2
Location 100 %Remote - CA
Duration of Assignment 12+ Months
Pay Rate PR: $45/hr on W2
Core Responsibilities
Integration Management : Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues across UKG Pro, WFM, Oracle HCM, and third‑party systems.
Payroll Data Operations : Manage regular imports/exports of payroll data such as earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
System Configuration : Adjust UKG system settings, pay codes, workflows, and policies per business or compliance changes.
Project Support : Participate in payroll/timekeeping enhancement projects, including system testing and implementation.
Reporting : Develop, refine, and analyze payroll/timekeeping reports using UKG BI tools and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
Compliance & Data Accuracy : Validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to audit and regulatory standards.
Documentation : Maintain detailed system configuration and support documentation for knowledge sharing.
Cross‑Team Collaboration : Work closely with HR, Finance, and third‑party vendors for issue resolution and ongoing improvements.
End‑User Support : Serve as the main point of contact for HR and Payroll teams for functional or data‑related issues.
Must-Have Skills
UKG Pro (UltiPro) : Payroll configuration and back‑office administration.
UKG Workforce Management (WFM) : Timekeeping, scheduling, and configuration setup.
UKG BI / Analytics : Custom reporting and data analysis.
Advanced Excel Skills : Pivots, Lookups, and logical formulas.
Data Troubleshooting : Root cause analysis for integration or data flow issues.
Preferred Skills
Oracle HCM (Core HR/Payroll) : Knowledge of earnings and deduction configuration.
Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills : Translating business issues into technical resolutions.
Agile Delivery Experience : Working within sprints or project‑based initiatives.
