Community Manager
Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team servicing Infinity Plaza West in Kansas City, MO. Some of the duties include but are not limited to the general oversight of an apartment community. The responsibilities include managing income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community, among other things.
Salary based on experience
Experience & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of multi‑family experience required
Minimum of 2 years of property manager experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Expert Yardi user a plus
Valid Driver’s License
