Maintenance Technician Opportunity Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator and 3rd party property manager in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties in the Kansas City market.

Maintenance Technician Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician that will be based at Villa Park Apartments (3927 Willow Ave, Kansas City, MO 64133) area but will also occasionally service our other properties in the eastern Kansas City area (Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, Belton, MO).

The responsibilities of the position will include resolving service tickets generated by our residents and performing preventative maintenance and repair on the properties. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will assist in completing make readies, grounds, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Lead or the Community Manager. Experience with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repair will be necessary to handle the day-to-day maintenance of the properties.

Successful candidates will be responsible to provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis.

Base Hourly Rate: up to $28/hr depending on experience/skill set and this position provides a monthly cell phone allowance of $85 (tax free)

Experience & Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant and well-rounded maintenance experience in the multi-family industry

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable Transportation
