Integrations Developer at Column Technical Services
Column Technical Services is seeking a skilled Integrations Developer to manage and enhance Workday integration across enterprise systems in a leading healthcare organization in New York. In this critical role, you will design, manage, and optimize Workday integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational excellence for HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. This is an opportunity to work on impactful projects that support thousands of employees while leveraging your expertise in Workday integration tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities
Integration Management: Oversee and optimize daily performance of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs) across internal and external systems. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose integration issues, resolve failures quickly, and manage support tickets end-to-end to minimize disruption. Operational Continuity: Act as the primary contact for integration‑related issues, ensuring schedules, data flows, and file deliveries remain on track. Enhancements & Requests: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors to design and implement new integrations or update existing ones. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross‑functionally to support compliance and seamless data exchange. Documentation: Maintain clear technical and functional documentation, including specs, logs, and troubleshooting guides. Compliance & Security: Ensure integrations meet organizational standards, audit requirements, and privacy regulations. Release Management: Support regression testing and validation during Workday's semi‑annual updates and patches. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands‑on Workday integration experience in mid‑to‑large enterprise environments. Expertise in Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation. Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools. Familiarity with data loads, file feeds, and secure transmission protocols. Experience supporting Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence). Proven problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Employment Details
