We are seeking a

Workday Integration Developer

to provide HR system administration—including business process configuration, reporting development, end‑user training, and data management—to support Workday as a best‑in‑class employee experience platform. You will work with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business leaders to meet HR technology needs across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting modules. Base Salary

Location: Charlotte, NC. Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year plus benefits (see below). Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, Cloud Connect). Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather integration requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations for seamless data flow. Develop integration documentation: technical specs, process flows, and troubleshooting guides. Implement Workday security and compliance protocols for integrations. Monitor and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing associated with integrations. Stay updated on Workday integration best practices and incorporate them into solutions. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience developing integrations in Workday HCM. Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and related technologies. Experience with Workday security and access controls. Familiarity with HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Workday Integration Certification preferred (e.g., Workday HCM Integrations). Benefits
