About Us A well-established metal manufacturing company in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee its quality assurance and control functions. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
Maintain and enforce ISO 9001 2015 standards
Lead internal audits and support external audits (surveillance, recertification)
Manage corrective/preventive actions and CAPA/OFI meetings
Requirements
Manage the quality department
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
OR Associate degree with relevant metal fabrication experience
5+ years in a manufacturing quality leadership role
Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication processes preferred
Skills
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 2015
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Infor SyteLine a plus)
Able to read and interpret technical drawings
Familiarity with AWS and military welding specs preferred
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or similar quality systems is a plus
