Senior Systems Security Engineer/Operations Research Analyst

Primary Responsibilities
Review and communicate system security architecture and requirements for TCTSII and future Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) air combat training programs.
Integrate systems security requirements into systems architectures and development, to include Cross-Domain Solution (CDS), cryptographic and anti-tamper requirements.
Develop and assist with the processes for approval of security systems by National Security Agency (NSA) and Navy entities.
Provides high-level subject matter expertise, analysis, and technical guidance to support project execution.
Plan programs to meet current and future systems security requirements.
Execute risk management, identify vulnerabilities, assess risk and implement mitigation strategies.
Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems.
Administers complex areas of the network, security analysis, and planning.
Qualifications
Management, Technical or Scientific MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION Business, Management, Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience.
At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in an engineering or operations analysis position, three (3) of which must be directly related to DoD systems.
Demonstrated experience in area of engineering expertise is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear communications and teamwork skills working in a collaborative environment.
Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance required.
This position will required SCI/SAP access.
Must be a US Citizen.
Location On-Site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD.
Compensation Statement At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows $131,570.00 - $146,329.00
