SFDC Engineer
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service industry, is seeking a SFDC Engineer to join their team. As a SFDC Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Salesforce development and integration team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Location
Columbus, Ohio (On‑site required 3 days a week) Responsibilities
Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to support Salesforce environment functionality and performance. Implement configuration changes and develop code in sandbox environments, ensuring best practices. Build and maintain integrations with other cloud applications and external APIs. Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Salesforce applications for reliability and efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4‑6 years of IT experience with 1‑3 years specifically in Salesforce development, customization, and integrations. Proficiency with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, API, and Lightning Components. Strong understanding of Service Cloud and experience migrating to Autolaunch. Hands‑on experience with SOI (Service Oriented Infrastructure) and familiarity with refactoring and code analysis. Benefits
