Cloud Support Engineer at Aquarian Holdings. Azure Cloud Engineering & Administration: Architect, engineer, and maintain Azure infrastructure (compute, networking, identity, security, automation) for resilience and scalability; implement governance, compliance, and security best practices; monitor cloud service health, performance, and resource utilization; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Endpoint Management (Intune/MDM): Lead administration and engineering of Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy configuration, compliance enforcement, and endpoint security; automate device management workflows and optimize endpoint security configurations. Security & Compliance: Enforce Zero Trust principles, implement advanced security controls across cloud and endpoint environments; participate in incident response and security reviews; manage identity and access via Entra ID (Azure AD); promote security awareness and best practices among end-users. Automation & DevOps: Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with strong documentation and version control; create automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Collaboration & Support: Partner with security, networking, and application teams to deliver cohesive solutions; provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 / Azure and assist with user provisioning and troubleshooting; mentor junior IT staff and contribute to knowledge base documentation; participate on-site (5x/week) and participate in after-hours shift rotation. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Experience:
3+ years in cloud engineering or advanced IT administration roles; proven expertise in Microsoft Azure and Intune/Endpoint Manager; hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell; strong understanding of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD); familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN); exposure to SaaS integration and enterprise-scale environments. Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104); Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102); Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent. Why Join Us
