Base Pay Range $25.00/hr – $35.00/hr

What You Will Achieve
Conduct expert‑level composite hand lay‑up operations (Wet & Prepreg variants)
Lead vacuum bagging processes with skill
Apply knowledge of resin systems like epoxy and silicones effectively
Deliver superior hand‑finishing on intricate patterns and molds
Master the use of hand tools for cutting, grinding, and assembling
Develop and execute adhesive bonding applications
Engage in structural assembly strategies involving setup and fasteners
Perform quality measures to ensure highest standards
What You Bring Along
3+ years in composite materials – carbon fibre, kevlar, and fiberglass
Experience in high‑tempo manufacturing settings
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in interpreting and refining SOPs
Skilled in measuring with calipers and micrometers
Distinguished hands‑on fabrication capabilities
Experience with hand‑tool operations for cutting and assembly
Background in adhesive bonding and structural assembly techniques
Diligence with detail and precision, especially with narrow tolerances
