Scrum Master – Koniag Government Services
We are seeking a Scrum Master with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. Competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package are offered.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties
Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Standups and Retrospectives.
Facilitate discussions between the Product Owners, scrum teams, and other stakeholders.
Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.
Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.
Track JIRA ticket statuses, upcoming release candidates.
Guide teams in Agile methodology processes.
Track and report team metrics and velocity.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
Shall have three years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
Must be able to demonstrate expertise in identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases and superior organizational skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools.
TS/SCI security clearance required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
