We are searching for a Quality Manager/Engineer who oversees all Quality Department operations to ensure products meet customer requirements, legal regulations, and company quality standards in line with international certifications (API Q1, ISO 9001). The role maintains and improves the Quality Management System (QMS), ensures proper testing, calibration, material verification, and compliance throughout manufacturing, and prevents release of any nonconforming product. The position leads quality teams, supports audits, drives corrective/preventive actions, and safeguards full traceability of materials and records. Key Responsibilities Oversee adherence to manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and raw material approval. Ensure testing, calibration, inspection, and process control activities meet internal and client specifications. Lead root‑cause investigations for product failures and implement corrective/preventive actions. Manage and develop QC staff, ensuring training, performance, and compliance with QMS requirements. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, including procedures, work instructions, and quality reports. Serve as Management Representative for external audits and coordinate internal audits. Approve quality procedures, ITPs, test plans, and ensure up‑to‑date documentation. Ensure proper inspection, testing, release of finished goods, and management of nonconforming items or materials. Maintain full traceability of raw materials and finished products. Oversee product qualification testing and ensure timely submission of Manufacturing Record Books. Monitor QC departmental budget and performance. Promote safety, environmental compliance, and consistent application of operational procedures. Job Requirements Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (4‑year program). Preferred Experience Minimum 10 years’ experience, ideally in fiberglass manufacturing. Strong knowledge of fiberglass materials, processes, standards, and QC procedures. Skills Quality Control management and ISO 9001 expertise. Internal and process auditing skills. Ability to read engineering drawings and perform detailed inspections. Testing, calibration, and laboratory knowledge. Strong data analysis and reporting abilities. English fluency, computer literacy, and unbiased decision‑making. Seniority level
