Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.

Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

Support day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install and load operating system software, troubleshoot, and maintain integrity.

Configure network components and implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Support the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in the resolution process.

Optimize system operations and resource utilization, performing system capacity analysis and planning.

Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.

Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.

Support the design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.

Possess a working knowledge of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration.

Qualifications

Fifteen (15) years experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.

Five (5) years of additional System Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Compensation We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $275,000 per year, adjusted based on candidate work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
