Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney – Atlanta
MW Talent is partnering with a large international law firm seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate (4–6 years of experience) to work on complex, high-profile corporate transactions within a nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sophisticated M&A projects and transaction timelines.
Prepare and negotiate equity and asset purchase agreements and related documentation.
Conduct and summarize legal due diligence for M&A transactions, including private equity and private target deals.
Collaborate closely with clients, investment bankers, and advisors to drive transactions to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
4–6 years of experience in corporate or M&A matters within a reputable law firm.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
