Responsibilities
Drafting motions and pleadings
Conducting legal research and analysis
Preparing discovery responses and correspondence
Supporting case management and trial preparation
Requirements
Must be available to work at least 18 hours per week (part‑time)
Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student
General knowledge of California Civil Procedure
Excellent legal writing and research skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, and punctual
Strong communication and client service skills – must be comfortable speaking with clients daily
Salary $25.00 per hour
