Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join a growing and dynamic legal team. We advise across the full M&A lifecycle, handling public and private transactions as well as domestic and cross-border matters. It is recognized for its deep transactional expertise, efficient deal execution, and commitment to long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage M&A transactions from initial strategy through post-closing integration.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional agreements including purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture documentation, and operating agreements.
Advise clients on deal structure, strategic considerations, risk mitigation, and regulatory issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, outside advisors, financing sources, and domestic and foreign regulators.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships consistent with the firm’s service philosophy.
Qualifications 3+ years of substantive M&A experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills across a range of deal structures.
Member of the New York Bar in good standing.
