Job Responsibilities
Oversee resource allocations, work plans, and schedules for some of the PMAS team's initiatives.
Collaborate seamlessly and smoothly with the Office of the Chief Data Architect and the Office of Data Analytics & Performance on initiatives related to PMAS Cloud Analytics for Access & Eligibility Services Reporting.
Develop and publish project management documents and deliverables in compliance with the DIR Project Delivery Framework directives.
Create RFPs that clearly define the services and deliverables required of a single vendor to design and implement data management solutions.
Obtain matching federal funds for the initiative through the development of federally approved IAPD(s).
Manage all aspects of the project and report to the IT Data Analytics Support Director.
Ensure constant communication with the Office of Data Analytics & Reporting to function as a blended, partnered team with IT.
Work seamlessly and smoothly with various IT and business stakeholder areas to ensure deliverables are compliant with state, federal, and other applicable agency standards.
Establish a strategic roadmap for projects in coordination with the TSS vendor and all divisions and federal stakeholders.
Conduct procurement exercises as necessary to acquire vendor services for assessment or to outsource the effort to a long-term vendor.
Establish timeline and resource requirements for successful execution of the project and coordinate with key stakeholders and sponsors to obtain approval of resources and timeline.
Create project management deliverables necessary for this project.
Manage day-to-day operations and scrums of various projects, and oversee coordination of the team established for this initiative.
Identify risks and coordinate resolution with project leadership.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
