andMust be eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.## **Purpose**Support departmental procurement for a semiconductor manufacturing facility by processing purchase requests, resolving vendor issues, and ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal regulations, while maintaining documentation and assisting with project tracking and team support.## **Responsibilities**### **Procurement:*** Assist with processing purchase requests for goods and services for small orders including researching issues with outstanding orders, exchanges, and credits from vendors.* Verify vendors hold on state and federal systems.* Engages with university departments and vendors as needed.* Provide guidance and training as needed in areas of responsibility. Manage the departmental purchasing mailbox and ensure timely responses.### **Compliance & Documentation:*** Ensure processes align with university, state, and federal regulations, including record retention policies.* Maintain documentation and implement best practices.* Project tracking and management.* Other duties as assigned to include acting as a backup to team members as directed by the supervisor.## **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field or high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant procurement, purchase order processing, and/or vendor management experience.* Small Purchase Order transaction experience at UT.* Experience working with semiconductor vendors or in a semiconductor manufacturing work environment.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe, and Docusign.* Ability to interpret policies and implement procedures effectively.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and commitment to customer service.
