The OR Business Manager has responsibility and accountability for leadership and management of business functions for Baptist Health Perioperative Services in Conway. Has a department size of 13 procedural suites including OR, IVR, GI, and Cath Lab. Includes budgeting, revenue generation, supply expense management by Physician, vendor relations, FDA compliance, Regulatory compliance contract monitoring and non-salary cost management on a twenty-four (24) hour basis.
Other Information
Bachelor's degree in business, nursing or a healthcare related area is required (An appropriate master’s degree may be considered in place of a bachelor’s degree).
A master’s degree in business or a healthcare related area is preferred.
Two years management experience including budgeting, purchasing, and financial management is preferred.
Experience with data collection and analysis required.
O.R. experience preferred.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
