Provides leadership oversight to Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis to ensure accurate recording and reporting of clinic financial information. Organizes and maintains financial accounting processes and procedures including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, financial reporting (internal & external), forecasting and tax information.
Other information:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting; Masters Degree in Finance preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in public accounting. CPA or CPA eligible.
Knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, credit, investments, and internal controls.
Knowledge of management practices to direct assigned staff. Knowledge of company's strategic business objectives and employee performance objectives.
Skill in analyzing financial data and preparing appropriate related reports.
Skill in relating organizational objectives to financial policies on cost, fees, credit, etc.
Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
