Overview
Prismecs is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Manager
to oversee the maintenance operations and equipment performance for a power facility. This role manages maintenance planning, execution, HSE compliance, asset reliability, and inventory control to meet operational and contractual requirements. The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager. Key Responsibilities
HSE Leadership
Serve as the primary HSE authority for the site.
Implement company and customer HSE policies.
Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and site safety requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safe work practices.
Ensure safety of employees and contractors at all times.
Maintenance Management
Lead preventive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
Develop and execute maintenance plans and schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance reporting.
Identify and resolve equipment deviations or failures.
Lead corrective action and root-cause investigations.
Ensure generators and BOP systems meet performance and availability requirements.
Operational Excellence
Direct daily maintenance and operational activities to optimize plant output.
Adhere to OEM procedures, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support customer relationships and meet performance KPIs.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Maintain adequate spare parts and consumable inventory.
Establish minimum stocking levels based on criticality and lead times.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely replenishment.
Oversee logistics and receiving processes.
Maintain accurate inventory documentation and audit readiness.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Business degrees considered).
5+ years of experience managing maintenance in power plants or industrial facilities.
Experience with
gas turbines and/or GE TM2500+ technology
is highly preferred.
Experience managing large-scale operations in power generation is a plus.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
English proficiency required.
