We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst III to support marketing leadership with actionable insights. This role will define and manage marketing KPIs, build and maintain dashboards, and conduct in-depth analysis to optimize campaign performance, customer engagement, and pipeline conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage marketing KPIs and metrics. Maintain and enhance the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) dashboard. Build BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for marketing leaders. Provide weekly marketing performance reports and updates. Conduct deep analysis of marketing data to uncover insights on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, demand generation efficiency, and pipeline conversion. Benchmark performance across online channels and advise on KPIs through trending analysis. Analyze customer segments and journeys against target KPIs, including funnel conversion and digital engagement, and provide optimization recommendations. Create PowerPoint presentations and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing, and product teams. Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in business or marketing data analysis. Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization. Experience with marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance benchmarking. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or related discipline. Experience in digital marketing analytics and customer journey optimization. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). Certifications (if any)
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or equivalent. Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics certification.
