Position Summary

Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. What you'll do

Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Provides member service by maintaining self‑checkout area, resolving member issues and concerns, promoting Sam’s Club products and services, and providing guidance on self‑service technology. Processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies for various membership and payment types. Assists members with transactions utilizing the self‑checkout area. Assists with securing and safeguarding Sam’s Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity as outlined in company policies. Maintains paperwork logs and other required documentation, executes emergency response procedures, and ensures compliance with security and safety practices. Assists with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaches new technology and tool functionality, delivers new program rollout training, and provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities while adapting to feedback and change. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. *The actual hourly rate will equal or *exceed* the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications
