Marycrest Assisted Living is seeking caring, detail-oriented QMAPs to join our senior living community and help with safe, accurate medication administration. What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
Assist residents with self-administration of medications following physician orders and community protocols.
Document medication administration and maintain accurate records per state and community regulations.
Report medication errors, refusals, or resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Support Resident Health & Comfort
Observe residents for side effects or changes in condition and report findings to nursing or clinical leadership.
Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
Be a Reliable Team Player
Work alongside nurses, CNAs, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Assist with training new team members and help maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
Help with light housekeeping or meal assistance when needed to support the team.
What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Big Heart & Sharp Eye) ✔
Licensure & Credentials:
Active QMAP certification in the state of employment required.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm, kind, and focused in high-pressure situations.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist residents throughout your shift.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and support resident transfers safely.
