XNRGY is excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona, in 2025, with a second manufacturing site launching next door in 2026. This expansion reflects our continued commitment to growth, innovation, and leadership within the climate solutions industry, supporting the AI industry.
Responsibilities
Procurement Management:
Source, negotiate, and procure indirect goods and services, including office supplies, IT, manufacturing tools and equipment, maintenance services, and any other non-production related goods.
Supplier Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Cost Control:
Implement cost-saving strategies and monitor budget compliance to optimize expenditure on non-product items.
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate trends, and make informed procurement decisions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments, including operations, finance, IT, and administration, to understand their needs and provide effective procurement support.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory of non-production items, ensuring optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on direct materials in an industrial environment.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Communicates clearly and professionally across cross‑functional teams, ensuring information flows smoothly and everyone stays aligned.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High ethical standards and integrity.
