Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
Oversee the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory management and procurement.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational reliability to meet production targets.
Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for accurate record-keeping and scheduling.
Establish and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures for all maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Proficiency in CMMS software and experience developing/implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
Bonus Qualifications
CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification
Experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation systems
Experience managing significant capital expenditure projects related to facility upgrades or new equipment installation
