Quality Manager - IMS
Henkel is looking for a Quality Manager - IMS to join our Adhesive Technologies business unit. Your role will support the integration of our current Quality Management System (QMS) into Henkel’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage the existing QMS of our CIM organization, lay out strategy and roadmap to transition CIM’s QMS to Henkel’s IMS while ensuring adherence/compliance to both during the integration period. Drive QMS‑related KPI improvement to support the business needs.
Key tasks
Quality Management System Integration Lead: Layout CIM’s integration plan to align with Henkel Quality Management System element of Integrated Management System (IMS). Define the bridge required to harmonize and integrate CIM organization’s policies, procedures, and documentation and drive execution.
Quality Management System Leader and Subject Matter Expert: Interpret ISO 9001, Henkel IMS, and other relevant industry/customer standards to CIM Network operations and collaborate with process owners to incorporate into local manuals, procedures, work instructions, and ways of working, and provide training. Implement Management Review process to engage Leadership Team in assessment QMS health, decide areas requiring improvement, and ensuring those actions are implemented and effectively address the weaknesses or opportunities.
Collaborate with Henkel IMS strategy and plan, and Safety, Health, and Environmental and Sustainability for alignment check of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.
Lead Internal Auditor: Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits against ISO standards and company procedures to assess adherence/compliance, effectiveness, and risks. Document findings through Audit & Review tool and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning with process owners to drive effective closure of critical and important actions. Develop internal auditor capabilities through Henkel’s auditor certification process.
Coordinator for External Audits: Manage external audits requests, coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare the organization for the audit. This includes defining how to manage planned and unplanned audits.
What makes you a good fit
Experience in managing in Henkel Integrated Management System
5+ years of experience in production or quality environments
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related discipline
Skilled in writing policies, procedures, work instructions that are clear, complete, correct, coordinated and moves team members to act.
Skilled in root cause analysis, quality tools, and documentation standards
Proficient in continuous improvement principles and business process improvement methods
Strong collaboration and facilitating skills working with multiple levels and functions within a manufacturing organization

The salary for this role is
$100,000.00 - $135,000.00 . This range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
